I guess the promise of "CHANGE" in the Obama administration means using LAW BREAKERS. So if that's the case why not save time and go directly to the Post Office and work off the 10 most wanted list? This way we could have a diversity of CRIMINALS not just TAX EVADERS. It might payoff to be able to tap into ALL areas of corruption (although we may very well be there now).
